We’re a family of four living in Tucson, Arizona. David<\/strong> is an architect and grew up loving the outdoors, was a boy scout and was really into 4-wheeling in his Jeep (before kids happened). Beth<\/strong> is a freelance graphic designer and\u00a0spent a lot of time playing outside as a kid, but not really camping or even enjoying\u00a0being dirty much. She’s come a long way. Owen<\/strong> is 3 years old and has a lot\u00a0of adventure under his belt for his age. He’s a professional outdoorsman\u00a0and we’re so glad he will grow up in the dirt\u00a0and pine needles. Ames<\/strong>, the newbie, is 1 and just mastering the art of walking on uneven surfaces but he’s getting there.<\/p>\n

The Dutch Oven is what we call our camper. Obviously, there are many layers of meaning to this, but mostly because David is Dutch. We bought it brand new in December of 2014.<\/p>\n
